Ready to Publish? Follow These Steps
Step One: Have Your Book Edited
If your book is already edited or doesn’t require editing, skip straight to step two.
If you’d like us to arrange editing for you, contact us and we will put you in touch with our experienced, professional editing service, Swish Editing. Swish provide a flexible, budget-conscious service.
Step Two: Select a Cover Design
Included in our service is selection, tailoring and purchase of a unique cover for your book from one of the many pre-made cover design services. These covers are so good that I’ve seen them used by many professional publishing houses. If you have a design already or images you would like to use, I can integrate this design into your cover so it will be exactly as you wish.
Select the cover you want, and I will arrange for purchase and tailoring of the cover with your details and title on it. Once the cover is purchased, it is removed from the site and nobody else will be able to buy it. Your cover will be unique. Check out these sites for a selection of covers available for you:
If you can’t find the ideal cover in the pre-made market, for an extra cost we can arrange for a bespoke cover for you. If you like, we can contact the artist of a cover that’s similar to what you’re looking for, and ask them directly to tailor a cover to suit you.
Note that for Easy Draft2Digital, we will purchase a front cover only, and the back and spine will be a matching solid cover. If you select Professional IngramSpark, we will arrange for the purchase of a full wraparound cover for you. Optional extras include designs for bookmarks and social media banners, all with the cover on them.
Step Three: Choose a Format
If you have chosen the Draft2Digital easy publishing option, download the format options for your book, and select the type of format you would like. If you go with Professional IngramSpark, we will discuss the design, format and font and make the book uniquely tailored for your vision.
